We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Employment Specialist to join our Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Services Program.
As our Disability Employment Specialist, you will be working directly with individuals with disabilities to provide career assessment and counseling services.
You will help clients develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce through opportunities including job shadows, internship placements, soft skills training, task analysis, systematic instruction, job preparation, job development, and job retention services.

SALARY : Position starts at $19.00 per hour with opportunities for $1.00 performance increases at six months and one year
LOCATION : Office is located in Kenosha, WI with local travel required. Client meetings may be scheduled at our office, at community centers, or within client homes.
Must be able to meet in-person with clients in Kenosha County, WI.
SCHEDULE : Hours are varied Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule.
